 Dawn Levy stands confidently behind our merchandise and offers repairs on Dawn Levy products purchased from dawnlevyny.com for up to one year from the date of purchase. As the resolution and color of each computer monitor or mobile device varies, we are unable to guarantee the 100% accuracy of the product’s colors displayed on our website. Additionally, due to the fact that fur is a natural material, the fur on our products are going to vary a bit in color, volume, and overall appearance.

 
What if I need a repair or my item is defective?
  • Truly defective products will be refunded.
  • Any defective product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we are unable to repair tears or snags on our coats caused by natural wear and tear.
  • We are not responsible for coats that are damaged by cleaning methods not listed on our care label.
  • Fur repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
       
      If you receive an item that you feel is defective or damaged, please send an email to askdl@thelevygroupinc.com upon delivery of item, including the following information:
       
      • Full Name, Email Address and Order #
      • Please provide images of the defective/damaged product:
        • A full length image of the product
        • A close up image of the defective/damaged area of the product
      • Detailed description of the issue or description of the necessary repairs
       
      *Unfortunately, we do not sell nor stock replacement hoods or fur trims, including fur collars and linings

      • Dawn Levy is happy to offer a pre-order option on select new styles! For all pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the products page. Please note that pre-order products are susceptible to processing delays; in this case, we cannot guarantee dates for these items.

      • Dawn Levy will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise only, within seven days of the retail purchase ship date.
